This is one of the Managerial and Executive Development Programmes, which is designed to enhance managerial effectiveness through self-awareness and awareness of others. Individuals are encouraged to conduct a personal assessment of how they became the person they are today; how the current way of operating enhances and / or undermines their professional effectiveness. Confidence as a leader is increased, allowing the client to build on strengths, recognize weakness and increase motivation and ability to achieve personal goals.
